Oh okey well what i actually meant by Experience is that someone who knows what tehy are doing..and use PHP/mysql Frequently :)

Don't you think thats a bit niave? I think that quite a few 'kids' here have proven time and again that they are just as capable as most adults.

I just finished a project very, very similar to this. If only I hadn't given them full rights...

"kids" can be better at things like this than most people. I know an 11 year old "kid" who has coded there own forum.

Be carefull. If you hire 11yrs old kid, in most countries you will go into problems. Check laws first.

I will personally never deal with 11 year olds when it comes to development work of any kind (free or otherwise). Heck, having tried it I wouldn't work with some 18 year olds.

But that's just me.

I didnt mean it in that way.

What I ment was that some "kids" are more capable than adults at some things. ;)
