I'm running a vB right now that's semi-popular, and right now I'm looking for a new server with the following:

• 750mb webspace
• at LEAST 30GB transfer, with a low overlimit fee ($3-6 per additional GB)
• mySQL, PHP4, all that good stuff

around the price range of $30-$40/month.

I've been looking at xnull (http://hosting.xnull.com/hostingplans.php) and tera-byte (http://www.tera-byte.com/hosting.html)'s plans, and both look like viable solutions. I like the 40Gb transfer offered by tera-byte, but it doesn't offer the webspace I'm looking for.

Well, if anyone knows of something that would suit me nicely, and would be better than either of those two offers, then let me know please. Also, I'm not really interested in all the other "unlimited" plans out there. I'm getting scared of them. ;)

A vBull doing 30 gigs worth of traffic might be better suited for a dedicated server. You should start thinking about it now, as it seems to be where you are heading quickly.
