Hi I have been with Xeniasystems.com since september 2002.
up until 2 months ago every thing was great...new clients reliable servers, etc....
Now that we've grown the last 2 months have been a NIGHTMARE!!!
For one we tried a whois to telephone someone and the number on record was to a "Mental Health Facility"...then I started worrying....
Then they transfered all of their "Resellers to Cyberhosts4.com
Initially our nameservers WERE ns.cyberhosts4.com etc...and this was just a blank page that said these are nameservers...NOW this is a full blown hosting site with prices the same as ours!!! so since we never setup our own nameservers a savvy customer could pick apart the dns we send them and go to a seemingly "Competitors site!!!
NOW for 5 days I have not been able to get into my plesk control panel!!! it waits and waits...cant add customer or do anything...!!
ALSO i cannot get ANY EMAIL!! and neither can any of my customers!!!!
I have contacted them through their little support forms more times than I can count NO RESPONSES other than a response I got 2 WEEKS AGO saying :

4/26/2003: The subnet this server was on was attacked today by a pretty sophisticated attacked, the DataCenter took the servers off the Network in order to block the attack. Our server and several others at the DataCenter were affected today.
The DataCenter is monitoring the Network in case the attack starts again from another set of IPs off their Network.

ALSO we received an email saying the nameservers for cyberhosts4.com were BLOCKED by their registrar (registerfly.com) and it messed up a lot but it was all fixed now...NOT!!! Not fixed at all!! AND besides is this a line of crap or can that really happen???
Any advice????
Or any legal thing we can do???
OR even is there a way to find out these guys phone number or even the datacenter to let them know of the service or lack thereof we are receiving....
I have no idea why this has been down for GOING ON A WEEK!! the sites are showing up and I can FTP to any domain but PLesk Control Panel and Email are dead!!!! AND so is the XeniaSystems.com website!!!
In the meantime I am losing customers LEFT AND RIGHT and cannot sign up any new clients!!
PLease I implore anyone at XeniaSystems or CyberHosts4 to answer this plea for help!!!!
