I am looking for a reliable and 99.999% uptime hosting server.

I found these three hosting companies so interesting to me. I am seeking for your advices if anyone ever do business with these people. Please tell me if their supports are good enough. If it is really 99.999% uptime.

You are looking for a dedicated server then and not shared hosting? You might try using the search button here in the forum above and type co. name in and see what past feedback results.
I know rackspace is a good provider (dedicated servers) but Im not sure about the other 2 you mention, so you will need to research as much as you can.

Rackspace has good support/uptime, however they have been known to be spam friendly.

Nobody will give you 99.999 uptime unless you are willing to pay boucoup. You may get the guarantee but that only means they will refund a prorated difference if it goes below that.

You could ask them what data center they use and search for it here on WHT to see if it's reliable. Ask how long they have been in business. Ask for logs or some indication of their uptime over a 12 month period. Ask how many accounts they allow per server.
