CGI works from any directory
A MySQL db or two
Perl (latest version whenever new are released
PHP4 (I think thats the version)

3 Mailing Lists
At least 10 POPs
Ability to point a domain to a subdirectory
I use quite a bit of CGI,so a decent amount of RAM so its not slow

I know this would normally cost ~$10 a month but maybe if i payed every 6 months or every year,could I maybe get less than 70$ per year.

Actually...the site is done,just hopefully still trying to register the domain name.
