Question...

Does Alabanza charge existing clients setup fees when purchasing another server?

I think my sales agent is trying to stick me with a $500 setup fee for upgrading to a 6.x. BTW, I did not even know that the 6.x was even available at the same price until I asked about upgrading to PHP4.

I would think that they would let you just upgrade/switch to the 6.x without any fees. Being that the 5.x is so obsolete. Or, am I just dreaming?... :eek:

We have talked them out of, or had them drastically reduce, the the set up fees on our additional servers.

Our take on it is that we pay top dollar for their servers, so a $500 fee per new server is ridiculous.

Hey, if they want the repeat business, get them to waive it or at least drop it to $100.
