It's not a very well known extension... To be honest I don't think they'd sell.

ive never seen that before. From the looks of it, it seems to be a 1 letter subdomain of per.sg. If thats the case, worthless.

it is a Singapore domain for individuals. per as in personal site I suppose. As the .com.sg domains are restricted to registered companies and businesses only, so per.sg is for individuals.

Yes, .per is for individuals who want personal sites. It's the only .sg domain that Singaporeans can get, provided they don't run a company etc.
