Anonymous domain rego.. sorry :) Figured it now godaddy does it, are they any good? are they the cheapest?

Also the domain I want has only just become available when I look at it in whois it says available but when I try and register it anywhere it says taken?? Any ideas?

pay some extra 2-3$ and godaddy does that. though i can't reach godaddy from Malaysia --->> banned? then why?

edit: http://www.domainsbyproxy.com/popup/DomainNameProxyAgreement.htm#DBPRights is their legal agreement. in some respects a very dubious agreement e.g. they have the right to sell domain if not paid... what if there is a genuine dispute....
