Virtual dedicated isnt your own hardware, its a big powerful box seperated into lots of instances.

A good vds is just like your own dedicated server , infact ive heard of some peeps actually changing there distro on there vds!

Which one would you recommend for me to start a web hosting company, using around 10gb space, and 150monthly bandwith?

john if you need that much space, you'd be better of getting your own box. It'll be much cheaper than getting a VPS/VDS and you'll get a lot more for your money.

VPS providers i like: only VenturesOnline.com (notice you dont get that much for your money)

Dedicated providers i like: VO and RackShack (so far anyways)

you can get a large reseller plan if you can't afford a dedicate server. BTW, a dedicate box now around $99/month.

Well you can get budget servers at dedicatednow.com or rackshack.net if you want $99.
