Hi - Does anyone have experience with Go Daddy's Domain Alert Pro/Backordering? It's significantly cheaper than SnapNames.

very interesting, nice price, but price is not the main factor, the main question remains just how effective the service actually is.

have you won any big names with it? if so, then the service might be worthwhile. I noticed recently a couple other registrars offer services such as this.

I haven't tried it yet actually. I'm thinking about giving it a shot because the loss wouldn't be too great - moneywise that is. Not getting the domain would be a different story though.

Although someone from the forum did announce a godaddy snap beat a minor nw bid, but as you can see from the other guy's report; godaddy is not a competitive drop service.
