Are you looking for something that will process payments on your own server? On Windows? Can't help you out there. ModernBill works on *nix servers, though, and several hosts have spoken highly of it.

Are you looking for a company that will process payments through their web site? Any company out there should accept variables from your site, whatever software you use. You may have to configure your billing / signup / invoicing software, or use the other company's solution; but again, it shouldn't matter what software you use versus what software they use.

And now: do you have a merchant account?

If yes, what you're looking for is a payment gateway. Take a look at WorldPay.

If no, then what you're looking for is a 3rd party processor. Depending on what country you're from, you can look into Paysystems or 2checkout.
