66.250.145.xxx will be the range for one server i know it for a fact. 2nd server is offline but u will be getting ips which r NOT Blacklisted for sure....

138.121/16 is a well-known hijacked old /16, which is also listed by many spam blocklists for been hijacked.

Worse yet - seem to have stolen the rights to several "class-B" IP
space allocations. Is now reselling the IP space to places who may not
be able to obtain allocations from ARIN or networks due to "past history"
issues. It seems a lot of these "past history" issues are spam in nature!
