And operating fees that is what i ment by bandwidth etc... Staff salarys, building etc. (that is operating fees)

i would guy buy a big piece of land where they is no property tax and about 13 computers networked of corse, and setup shop there

For $140 million...I would invest it...make it a few billion...and hire NASA to fly me up on the Space Shuttle and fly me around the earth a few times. :-)

However, it does costs $10,000 per pound to launch something into space. :)

Then, I'd build myself a compound on my newly purchase island. For protection, I'd hire some European shipbuilding company to make me a small turbine-powered aircraft carrier. I'd doubt Newsport News would. lol

Then I'd buy military jets from anyone who would sell them to me (not crappy one...nice ones), hire the sailors and pilots, then send that thing to sea! :P

I lived on the mainland for a bit
and we got a russian dwarf hamster built this mondo 3 cages all tubes connecting massive thing it was so cool
built it on our wall so he had like three main levels and tubes that went out to other areas and all over
to bad the littel guys do not last more than about 2 years :(
we can no have hamsters on Hawaii as if they got loose oh boy watch out no predators here except cats think they would have to call it hamaii after that
