Hello everyone,

I currently make and help set up computers for a Canadian youth group called cadets. There is approximately 60,000 cadets in Canada ranging from ages 12 to 19 and in three groups, army, air, and sea. Currently, many of these corps. or squadron are looking to establish a presence on the internet. However, as they are non-profit and currently funded by DND and the Navy League of Canada many can not afford the cost of monthly or annual hosting. If any host would like to help out one of 1000+ corps. in Canada by providing hosting it would be very much appreciated. As well each corp. would agree to promote your company on every page. Already two corps. in the New Brunswick area are looking for a host and own their domain names, just need a home.

Thanks everyone for replying! Currently, what I imagine each corp. is going to need, I really have no idea since I don't have any corp. already hosted to make use of however, I've already designed one site and here is probably what a corp. would like to see.

25 - 50 MB space
1 - 2 GB (probably 1 at the beginning)
E-mail (no idea how much since each corp. size ranges)
possibly one mysql database (not critical)
some form of control panel since not all officers are computer literate and need point and click interface.

Other then that, most corps. will make use of what is avaliable. Thanks again..

I'm sorry I can't reply to e-mails I've received at the moment since I am preparing to travel to H.M.C.S. Avalon to teach Information Technology but I'll eventually. :)
