I have tried some (poor) JSP hosts and heard bad things about others. Can someone suggest a good, fast, reliable and flexible shared hosting company who provides at least the following features

FYI - am willing to pay up to ~$40 a month and would prefer a trial period to try the host out.

- MySQL (ideally 2 so that we can use one as a test db. We certainly want 2 users - one admin, the other a user with only DML privs)
- at least 10 POP mail accounts (ideally more)
- JSP/Servlet support
- telnet/SSH & ftp
- at least 200Mb space
- at least 8-10Gb transfer
- excellent technical support and response times (this has been a crucial factor on whether we retain the services of a host)
- JavaMail (and flexibility of adding other java modules if we require them)
- Cron support

Likes (features that aren't crucial but are a nicety):
- subdomains
