Well the webhosting would be quite cheap maybe around 25$-50$ a year I think.However the design might cost you.

I just don't understand why clients walk around requiring an OC48 when it can be slower then a T1. It depends on how much of the current connection is being used. I can kinda understand server specs, but that also gets to me a bit. It totally depends on how much of the server is used.

The account should run you under $10 a month. For the site design, probably under $100, or less than $500 if you want the job done right :)

That is broken up. I suppose the only addition would be a domain registration which again will vary from $10-35 a year depending on who you use.
