I have visions of Headsurfer sitting eating his cheerios holding his finger over the 'send' button, shaking his head, giggling and saying "Not yet".

Argh, that's a big opportunity missed - I'll be able to get them anywhere by then.

I was ready to order today . . .

just a thought:

it seems to me in this industry, almost everyone is a "liar" strictly. too few companies can keep every promise they made. just think about how many times u heard some company say " we r adding a new XYZ line from ABC network in 2 months". or "%$# is coming soon". or "servers will be set up by DD/MM/YY". not to mention the "!@@# guarantee" here and there.

imho a serious business should always stand by their promise, at all cost. its all about the basic trust. if they cant do this then do NOT make any promise. if microsoft says "we'll be releasing windows 2010 on xx/yy/2010" then they WILL be releasing it on that day, or they better find a good excuse and announce the delay in advance. they cant just do nothing on xx/yy/2010 and watch the people around the world go insane. but unfortunately, that's exactly wut people do in this hosting business. im sure if only 50% of the promises were backed up by truth then there will be 200% less complaints going on this board.

just my $.02.

Many apologies. I have been distracted with chairing a charity function (on Saturday evening) benefiting Houston Childrens Charity as well we have been working to implement our Ensim upgrade offer as well as to finally launch the backup solution.

We will be pushing back our Windows announcement a week or so.

My apologogies but we just got over committed and had to draw the line somewhere.

It's now the 2nd and the site still says details coming on the 1st - that's just plain embarassing.
