Need a javascript for a set of navigation I'm putting on a site.

Javascript must work in IE4.0 browser.

Here's the brief description of the script.

I have 2 set of navigation buttons (in gifs), each set comes with a mouseover and mouseout versions for rollover effects.

On top of that, these buttons are on a frameset (2 rows frameset),

When someone hovers over these buttons, the mouseover version should show, and when he clicks on it, the frame is reload with the mouseover version showing for that button he click.

For certain buttons, pages will be loaded in the bottom frame, while some buttons will load the 2nd set of navigation buttons below, after clicking.

I need to ask for a quote how much will it cost me to get this javascript coded and how long it'll take to do this.

I'm not sure what other information is required, so feel free to ask me.
