We're about to purchase our first dedicated server and are attracted by the CobaltRaq interface.

We're considering renting a server from CobaltRacks.com.
Would anyone care to share their experience with this company?

What other CobaltRaq providers should we consider, or avoid?

I would highly reccomend searching this forum for more information on cobaltracks.com as there are MANY related threads already started.

I, personally, had a very bad experience with them and left in a hurry. :(

You may want to consider rackshack.net. We've been with them for a while now and are happy with them so far. We were also with rackspace.com for a long time, they are a little pricey, but their support is great.

I used to have one at cobaltracks.com. Quite good, but the support is crap !

I now have one in Holland, with Plushosting. I pay something more, but I'm getting an excellent support.

never had personal experience with them but one of my friends recently got a cobalt raq from http://www.rackshack.net and hasn't experience much problems... they are affordable as well ;)

You should read the forum very well.
I'm very happy with Rackshack. The support can be a bit slow but I learned that they do pretty good for such a big company.

I have a raq3 and a raq4 at 4webspace (tera-byte).

The service is excellent and support great. Check out http://www.4webspace.com/forum and see what users say about that company.

I haven't had any problems except those ones concerning to a newbie cobalt administrator :D
