Bandwidth is offered as average usage and is monitored as 5 minute average with MRTG. This means we expect you to be near to or at your max allocation. All customers may burst to 100mbps.

Network is Verio, AT&T and Verizion w/ Cisco CORE routers and BGP4. Datacenter has continuous UPS Service (Your servers are on clean UPS power all the time) with generator backup. Location is the switching facility so there are no local loops to contend with. You are ONE router away from the Tier 1 providers.

We can do Full and Half Rack options but they will be 12 month contracts whereas these are month to month.

Our standard 30 day money back (except Setup) is standard!

Additional fees apply if you would like to be behind our firewall (Netscreen).

Price per mbps is $400/month and IPs are $1/IP/month. If you are going to purchase several we may be able to do additional discounting. We can certainly work the IPs in class sizes for you if you need it.

One thing I forgot to mention. If you are down for more than 15 minutes (Unscheduled) ANY day contiguously and you report it to us you get the day for free.

The racks for 1/2 and Full are larger than 42U. I am going to have to ask one of our admins when they get to office if you want an exact figure. I think they are actually 52U. Regardless they are more than a standard rack.

We can also offer extras like cPanel. We will rack (you provide the hardware) and connect up anything you send us for no additional charge.
