My IP was blocked by burst.net before 2 days .From that days I send many mail to support@burst.net for releasing the my IP.But till now I didn't receive proper message and also they didn't release our IP. Now Please suggest me how can I contact them and where for solving the my problem.:bawling:

how do you know it was blocked? and why was it blocked?

use a different isp/ip or have a friend get on you server and edit the servers host.deny file and remove your ip on the list :)
for server admin support try using sysadmin@

make sure you supplied us with the IP you need unblocked in your support ticket, otherwise that will delay things...

Dear sen sir,
Actually I am not able to access my server and all sites which are hosted by us, But I can access it from other side(Diff IP) .I flashed this on message board then ppl reply me that your port is scanned and your port is blocked.
Thats why I tell you Please unbanned the our IP.But Now I request you Please check this problem and solve it as soon as possible B'coz our clients are on neck and you know this problem exist from last 4 days .

We responded to your support ticket three times ithis week.
We requested the IP address you need unblocked, as well as your current root password for you server.
Without this information, we cannot assist you.

Dear sean sir
I already mailed you allthings(IP,root Passwd) at the address of sysadmin@burst.net.You wite here that you send me mail 3 times in this week but we can't acess it , can you specified on which address you send me mail.We can't acess the mail from *@classicsoftwares.com.
Please sir try to solve my problem as soon as possible b'coz my clients are on my neck.And also due to this burst.net loose its image in market.You know this problem still exist from last 5 days.
