I'm interested in a reseller plan from a reputed/reliable hosting service. The parent host should allow mix & match (custom) plans and no up-front setup/service fees.

Anyone has any suggestions?

There are a bunch them out there. I do not know how many of them will allow resellers modify account features. That usually happens on ded servers. However, you may look at hostmatters.com as they seem to have good reviews up here.;)
