seems my site in burst datacenter is very slow at the moment.

Dan is Nocster's only in-house network engineer - That means they do not have a network engineer there all of the time. If Dan isn't there at the time of an issue, they have to page him, and he has to stop whatever he's doing and travel to the DC. I'm not sure where he lives, but I know he doesn't live in the back of the DC.
