Hi Guys,
Does anyone have a suggestion on an online payment processing service. I'm currently trying out Instabill but I need a service designed for intangiable goods (i.e. e-services with variable/non-predefined prices). Moreover, the service should be reliable with no up-front setup fees and decent (if not among the lowest) transaction processing charges.
PayPal (Premier/Business) seems ok but my biggest hurdle with PayPal is that they only support EFT withdrawls to US banks. International check transfers suits me.
Looking forward to some suggestions. Thanks!

I checked them sometime back. But, I need something without a setup fee (revecom: $49).

Although I hate to do this: instabill.com might have what you're looking for. Only charge is 10% of every transaction.

Like I said, Instabill only works for a product line. It's no good for service oriented transactions. Anyone has any ideas?

When you say, "It's no good for service oriented transactions." - I' guessing that you mean that you cannot adjust the price say, if the customer is using 2 gigs over, you add the addl. amount to their monthly bill, correct? (Without affecting all the other accounts signed up under that plan I mean).

Exactly!
Another example may be web development/designing: No two development/design jobs cost the same and hence I' searching for a payment processing service supporting variable prices.

Well... Instabill is fine for intangible goods... You make a new product for each new desinged website, it isn't very hard.

Sound good so far .. but what if I have to charge two or more customers at the same time (day) .. won't they end up seeing each others service items in the products list.
