Does anyone know of a good host that will let you install an IRC server on your account? Im not really looking to buy a dedicated server, i just want to host a few low traffic channels, and ded. server would be too much. I would prefer a host that had actual packages designed for IRC hosting.

IMHO, you should look for (unix) shell hosting instead of webhosting.
