Hi,

Currently I have an account with below10host.com. I have an customized plan, with 200MB, 4GB transfer, 2 mysql, etc., and I pay $8 per month.

Just saw aletiahosting's promotion in the advertising forum and it seems attractive, but also saw some posts about aletiahosting's downtime issue.

Just want to know, how often does aletia have whatever downtime? I got an answer frok Mark, but I would like to hear from its customers.

If it's reliable, I would like to pay annually for the same reliabilty as below10host with larger bandwidth. If it's not reliable, I would love to stick with belwo10host.

Wow, a touch market, fierce competition.
I am not a loyal customer.

I've been with them for a month now and they had about 8+ hrs of downtime when they were at BurstNET(tm). Since they moved to NAC.net my monitering service only recorded the recent downtime, and that was due to a little hardware problem :( . Anywho, their support is great and this is the only downtime since their move to NAC.net.

i must agree that aletiahosting does have great support, and they do take care of their customers seriously. They seem to have resolved all those downtime problems which were caused by some customers overusing CPU resources. Other than that, i must say that they do have a great pricing plan, especially the number of mysql database allowed.
