Well here is my dilemma.I have been with my host for about 4-5 months now they have been great.I am on a reseller account for $60 bucks amonth and get pretty much what i want but the support is stinky kinda. They got hacked the other day well they were moving servers. My account hasnt been moved yet i dont think.I cant delete accounts or add them gives me some crappy error and i asked them to fix it for about 4-5 days now.I talked to the support on aim and told him these problems and to delete the accounts on a e-=mail i sent him..Which still hasnt been done. The other night he had a temper tantrum over aim.(You know typing in caps and acting like a idiot.)Downtime hasnt been much of a problem but i run a hosting biz on a reseller.(btw the host name is allprohost) i think they are great but i would like to know what you guys think i should do..Should I wait? Or should I leave?Or should I shut my mouth?

P.S i dont think the dude is a bad guy but i dunno..

'We offer the most secure and advance web hosting solution in the industry. IntroHost.com provides you with reasonable prices at the highest level of quality and the best customer support in around'

I don't know if they also call themselves Introhost.com aswell...

Anyway I think they have failed you in more ways than one by what you have recently experienced and what they claim to be able to provide... I would do something about it if I were in your position

If you are thinking about changing hosts, then I am sure there are a couple of hosts on this forum that will help you move. But do your research first before you move to them.

BTW - your site does not load

We used AllProHost when we first started out.

They talk a good story but their support is downright useless and the downtime was terrible.

If you are kept informed then this at least lowers your anger level, but when you're continually told "hehe, just relax" well you can imagine what it does.

Needless to say we don't use their reseller package anymore, since we moved to dedicated servers we haven't looked back.
