I found MatrixReseller in this forum very rude, and seems like they think since they have a lot of customers they don't have to give good service and if we need help we need to beg them for it and pay them for it too, thats not going to happen from me.

assiva prices looks good, while i did not have any experience with them, try exa-bytes.com their prices are little high but doing well since 4 mths

Hmmm, Not sure who you have talked to but no one has to beg us for support, also we have NEVER charged someone for support thats just nuts.. Please get your facts stright before trying to make us look bad.

Also if you find me rude very sorry its really users that come on here and try and bash us but hever never even used us.. But hey can't make every one happy and I know thats but we try our best..

BTW, if we like to make customer beg for support and pay us for support then why are we going 24/7 phone support and Email support along with one of the biggest reseller forums to also help our customers.. I think we try very hard to keep our customers happy.. But please don't run around saying our support sucks and you have to pay to get support when you have NEVER even been a customer of ours.. I think thats just wrong and RUDE..
