I registered the domain, ActionManRacing.org on the 14th of this month. However, it is still not showing up as being registered in any whoIS database. I used NameCheap.Com to register the domain. I mean, what the heck is up. The domain shows up under my list of registed domains, and I can change the nameservers, and all the information for it.

You're probably using the wrong whois database. Go to www.pir.org, which is now the central registry for .org, and do a whois search there. That will tell you which registrar has control over the domain name (and therefore has the authoritative whois record for it). Then go to that registrar's site (PIR says it is eNom, which makes sense, since NameCheap is an eNom reseller) and do a whois search there (http://www.enom.com/domains/whois.asp). (I did this and it looks like you are indeed listed as the registrant, but I assume you'll want to verify this for yourself.)
