This is for everyone who keeps expecting us to reply to posts made on WHT about our services:

Good morning everyone and please do not take this the wrong way.

WHT is an excellent board for the exchanging of information about web hosting and providers, etc. It is not a support board. Each host should maintain a site for their own hosting clients. That being said, I would like to take this opportunity to ask for your help.

Posting about our network issues or anyone elses is fine, as long as you are asking for information from other users. It is quite unfair for you to expect hosting providers to come on this board and answer support questions.

Because of a new schedule in my life and the growth of our company, we are unable to come onto this board every day (or every 10 minutes like some of you expect) and post and answer questions regarding our service. WHT is a great way to meet and mingle with fellow users, but it is not a hangout. SInce the changes at our company, I am lucky if I get here once a day to do a quick view on messages. Sometimes it is 2 or 3 days.

When you ask for support on this board and we are not here to reply to the questions, it may make us look bad in some eyes. Please use appropriate channels for support related queries.

I know some of you are saying, "Well, this is the only place I can go since I can't get ahold of anyone at XXX company". I can understand each person's frustrations, but this is not the place to expect an answer.

As far as we are concerned, we have made changes in our support department and many of you will agree that back issues are mostly taken care of and current ones are handled in a timely manner.

Hopefully, enough has been said about this topic, and we can get this board back to where it was.
