Also, he said the the government tracks money transferred from PayPal, to your bank account. Is that also true? I've heard this several times but am not too sure of it. Thanks in advance. THE LICENSE YOU WOULD NEED is a DBA from your local city hall. All NET INCOME needs to be reported to the IRS and you would be in safe hands.
