More specific. I have the Nokia 3390b in the US and and the Nokia 3330 in EU.

The 3390b IS NOT SIM-locked, however, the 3390 only operates on GSM1900 (where it seems the 3330 is 900/1800). Does anyone know if there a firmware flash that can be done to 'enable' GSM900/1800? Or is it an actual hardware deficiency of the 3390? I'd like to use the 3390b as well with a service in the EU.
