Unlimited Networks is looking for to fill a few job positions avalible. First let me give you a little background.
We have been around for 1 year now, and currently is planning a huge expantion campaign which pretty much relaunches everything. This includes new design, higher level of support etc. With this being said, i am seeking staff members to fulfill the needed positions to bring a higher level of support to clients.
Currently the positions that need to be filled
Sales Rep
Tech Support
Manager
Sales Rep:
Looking for a professional highly qualified invididual(s) who is willing to put the extra effort to promote our company. We are looking for someone who has the experience/ability to go above and beyond.
Requirements:
Experience in the field of marketing/sales
Must know some what of modernbill or how to work it and so on
Should know the webhosting buisness well
Must be professiona/mature/well mannered and so forth
Pay/Benefits:
-First 10 sales will earn 10% comission
-Afterwards, the 20th sale will jump your comission to 20%
-40th sale will increase your comission to 30% and caped at 30%
-After 40th sale, you will keep your 30% comission and if we feel you are doing a excellent job, we will give you a 30% comission on all deals + monthly base pay.
-All sales rep employees must work under Unlimited Hosting name and required to use our e-mail for buisness purposes
-All sales employees get started with a hosting bronze plan from us and will move up to higher plans as one gets more sales.
Tech Support:
Uhost is seeking qualified tech support personnel to help provide the higher level of support our company wants to supply. Tech support personnel must be avalible and can be reached whenever needed. Tech support personnel must be knowledgable in the webhosting buisness technologies (cpanel etc) and must be extremely professional and well mannered and well motivated.
Requirements:
-Knowledge in the fields of Cpanel, php, perl, etc
-Modernbill knowledge is a plus
-Linux, server management etc etc
-Extremely flexible
-Have contacts at least 2 avalible contacts (aim/icq/msn/irc)
-Avalible to work live support on our website
-Avalible to work on ticket system
Pay/Benefits:
-All tech personnel serve on a ticket basis with perldesk
-As such, one will be paid starting at .25 per ticket
-First promotion (around 50+ close tickets or doing extremly well) .50 per ticket.
-All tech support personnel is elidgible for a bonus anytime when we fell that you are doing an outstanding job or so forth.
-All Tech support personnel must work under Unlimited Hosting name and required to use our e-mail for buisness purposes
-All Tech Support Personnel get started with a hosting bronze plan from us and will move up to higher plans as one climbs the ladder.
Manager:
Uhost is currently seeking a full time manager for our company. A manager is one that ties loose ends, promotes the company, work as a team, manages tech/sales personnel. A manager should be highly motivated and very knowledgable in all fields pertaining to Webhosting. One must serve in a professional manner. The manager position is extremely demanding position yet very rewarding at the same time.
Requirements:
-Must be extremely knowledgable in the following fields:
-Modernbill, Cpanel, (anything related to websites, html php etc), Linux, Ftp etc, pretty much anything related to the webhosting buisness.
-Must be extremely organized and can manage sales, tech etc.
Pay/Benefits:
-A manger is paid as a percentage of hosting revenue. A manager will start off at 10% of all profits made from hosting division.
-Will be promoted to 15%, 20% etc respectively
-Base pay will be implimented after we feel that you are capable and such
-the 10% and 15% profits is of ALL hosting revenu.
-Same benefits as above.
Webdesigner:
Seeking highly motivated FREELANCER designers or extremely capable designers/teams willing to work invididually with our clients. All webdesigners with us function independently. Please inquire me about this, it is a complex system and should be explained in person not here.
