Do a search in this forum with the keywords "unlimited bandwidth" - that should answer your question.

WebHosts offering unlimited disk space & bandwidth either kick their clients off the server when they reach a certain amount of bandwidth, charge them for extra bandwidth or close down sooner or later.

There is no such thing as unlimited, not disk space, not bandwidth. I suggest you to look for a reliable host that offers more realistic features for your money :)

Alright, but that doesn't answer it all. I am looking for someone who I can resell for that has a cheap, monthly or yearly price. It doesn't even have to be "Unlimted Accounts". Maybe like they can charge me 5.00/account, and I charge someone else 10.00, whatever. I want to make sure the people are well known, legal, and they can provide me with fast, reliable service. I am starting to think valvenetwork.com is not the place for me, because they seem unprofessional. Please give me good, cheap resellers.

They are a fasthost reseller. They are the site that tacid.net directed to after they closed down.

How come tactid.net is the same as valvenetwork.com?

What does that mean?

I have check whois at networksolutions.com and found that the name server report was "No Name Server".

how ever when track to internic.net,
name server was report ns1.livedns.co.uk and ns2.livedns.co.uk which means they use fasthosts.com services.

my point is they can report at nsi.com as "No Name Server", how can they do that?

anyone know, should be some one ...

wbhst: They aren't the same as tacid, but I think the reason that was given was they signed up right after tacid was kicked with the username tacid had, so tacid's domains forwarded to that account.

I don't care anyone will sell unlimited ...
I don't trust that for myself ...
I believe that there a lot of reseller know that too,
they just use those services at the begining to make sure they can survive without need to put money on dedicated server, some of them plan to move to better place when they make sure they can do it?

(internic.net still report real things, it shoud be, if a web site can be found through name mapping on internet)

You are getting good advice there is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth, just like there is no such thing as free freight. Some one pays UPS and some one pays the bandwidth provider. The post about getting kicked off is accurate with respect to some ISP's or hosts. The better companies either charge you for excess bandwidth which is the way you will see most small respectable company advertise. Something like includes 10 GB per month, X amount per gb thereafter. Another way it is done is to meter your connection. This is used mostly at colocation companies. For example, when we first started we co-located our own server and had a 128MB connection, which should be find for a hundred or so normal web sites. This allows you to know your costs. When you get to the point where the sites are slow, you can up your connection.

Problems we had when we were reselling sites from large hosting comapnies was the amount of time it took to get through the layers to even get an e-mail fixed. Look for a company that offer a fair deal, not one that is too good to be true and one where you can get service within a reasonable amount of time. Don't be impressed by the number of servers, OC198 or whatever, because unless you know there % of utilization, this is all meaningless. UUNET for example suppossedly has the biggest and "best" backbone. Yet, I heard from several sources that the local pop was at 150% of capacity. (Telco allow ISP's to sell 3X thier capacity.) So I got our T-1 elsewhere. My advice is to look for a reputable company who you feel comfortable dealing with, that has fair pricing. A dedicated rep at a large company is a good sign. Being able to talk to the owner or manager at a small company is also a good sign.

I don't know which whois you used but http://www.nsiregistry.net/ whois shows them having names servers. I didn't thing you could have a register domain that showed up in whois without them. I know you could not get to thier web site if they didn't have them.

I don't think they registered their nameservers with NetSol, or the way they like it done, so they are not adding them to their database....

I use Valve Network.. I like them.. Fasthosts gave them problems, so they are moving to a dedicated server with a lot more reliability and all. I would highly suggest them.. however, they now have 400 gigs of bandwidth a month to share on the server, which isnt too terrible, better than Fasthosts!!
