I am looking for a reseller account with a free trial period.

This is the message I have sent today to several hosting companies:

"Dear Sirs,

I am interested in starting a web hosting business.

I would like to know if you can offer a free trial period for a reseller account.

To be more precise, I need a pack of 5-10 small hosting packages (pack 1: 10m, 5 POP, 1 FTP, CPanel...; pack 2: 20M, 10 POP, 1 FTP, CPanel..., both with 1 G traffic) between 2.6-3.2 dollars each (5 type 1 and 5 type 2) for a period of 45-60 days, affordable nameservers and no setup fee.

I expect to reach app. 100 small clients in 3 months and app. 15 institutional clients (large accounts, to be discussed and paid separately).

Best regards,

I dont know if this will help, but if you want to resell accounts, I would check with communitech.net, Its been a about 1.5 years since I used them, but they had a pretty good setup. The main downside is that their control panel is so popular, it is kinda hard to sell for those who know. I guess all you really need is one of their webhosting accounts.

You may run across them. (WebhostAZ) They didn't honor a pre hosting written agreement with me regarding bandwidth, then shut my site down in less than 24 hrs notice, without replying to my emails including copies of the written agreements. Also, their entire website, including TOS changed after I purchased hosting. Since they are in UK, it's a little hard to take action. They are on the Fast Hosts UK net. Also, I have seen at least one other company whose name server resolved to the same as theirs.
Be Careful !

Hello

As some people speak about webhostaz here I want to know if anyone knows what is going at webhostaz.

Access to all ftp accounts are blocked but websites are working. They are reseller of FastHosts so I guess they have problem with fasthosts, is it?

Regards,
Mac

Im not sure if you will be able to find a free trial offer for a reseller account but here are some hosts that do have reseller plans, and also offer the Cpanel?
