Perl 5(in case that wasn't clear lol)

I think thats pretty much it.
Please note that most of the stuff (such as the bandwidth required), is a bit extra and will most likely not be used, but is there in case I ever do need it.

The stuff in in bold is a must-have, the stuff that is not bold is stuff I'd like to have :D

It's important that the Mysql is fast (as well as the perl/cgi).

I'd want a shared account (not dedicated), under or equal to $30 per month.

Is possible could you please also state the systems you are using etc.
