I thought I'd like to share this with everyone on here. Over some time I've been hosted on V3 H ost, and they flat out are bad. I mean, they had nearly three months of downtime, and didn't offer any support over the period. They wouldn't even acknowledge that they had downtime. They are very in-experienced and do not know how to provide good support. I can't count how many times I've contacted them and all I get is a "We're busy at the moment. We cannot talk." or "We're too busy helping our happy customers." Um no. You have no happy customers. I don't think anyone appreciates 2 months of downtime. Then after contacting them about downtime, they have griped and complained about me asking them why it went down. I've had to beg them to ask why it was down, and they've lied to me so many times, talk about Lying Smacktards. Their staff consists of "A Team" of two people. They always claim to send out emails about situations and so on.. But I have never received ANYTHING, and neither have my friends on their server. When they changed their DNS, they didn't even contact us about changing our name servers. They just waddled along and forgot about us. And then Before that 3 month down period, the server went down for a week, almost every other week. It was ridiculous! I mean downtime galore. Stay away from V3 H ost unless you like bad support & tons of downtime. It's not worth it.

Nearly 3 months of downtime??? Wow, if I was a customer of a webhost that had a week of downtime I would of moved on, less alone 3 months!
Hopefully you've now moved to a more reliable webhost.

Actually, I was contacted by "Dave" as well. I told him that I had registered complaints with the BBB and FTC, and wanted $150 back from my $180 (the account had lasted two months before disappearing.) He promised to have my money to me in 5 to 7 business days on April 26th, and I haven't heard from him since.
I have, however, heard from the BBB asking if I had a current address for V3 Hos t, since their letter to the address in the Whois info was returned by the Postal Service as undeliverable.
Anyone have a new address or any other info on these charaltans?

I agree. Are you running trying to run a business or was this account for personal sites? Why didn't you move on, long before?
I'm not saying you deserve this, you don't, but what took so long for you to realize you weren't dealing with a respectable company?

One that's banned here. And down according to the thread starter. Not much need for this; is there?
