I'm looking for a professional designer capable of quality work for a site redesign (not for NameAlerts.com btw).

Site will have a flash header and navigation effects so that must be part of your repertoire of skills :) I only need a template as most of the content for the site already exists. I will also need a logo created to integrate with the design. If you have experience designing CPanel themes that will be a bonus as it's something I am considering. Triple bonus for experience designing ModernBill themes for V4.

I'm not your average tightwad looking for a $50 template. I have the money to spend on a quality design, and don't see the point in skimping on something so important.

Having been once bitten by a designer who took on this project I'm now twice shy, so please keep the following points in mind:

1) If you say you'll have something to show me by a certain date, I expect you to have something to show me by that certain date. I'm weird like that :D

2) If you don't have something to show me, or you anticipate a delay, I expect you to let me know rather than me having to chase you repeatedly. Crazy huh? I understand only too well that delays happen, I just hate receiving the mushroom treatment.

3) If I send you an email asking for a progress report, it's not because I was bored. It's because I would like a progress report.

4) If you let three deadlines pass without contacting me on any of the three occasions, understand that I'll be slightly miffed.

That's about it. All I want is a quality designer who can communicate effectively. Not too much to ask I hope!

Sorry guys, the flash header and nav are both must haves. For MB and CPanel I would need the whole thing coded and ready to go. I have MB installed and working the way I want, but having it themed the same as the website and CPanel would be excellent.
