I couldnt login to the admin section, acess any files, and my email accounts wont work.
Has anyone had this happen or does anyone know what the deal is?

I don't know anything about them but have you tried submitting a trouble ticket to them or however they want you to ask questions/report problems?

well
i found out that my account was terminated cause i had warez software on my site.
Aparently their opinion of warez is the dreamweaver 4 try before you buy program.
Uncracked. Its the trial version of DW4 and they terminated my account cause of it.

You may want to look into a new host. That's just not right. They should at least give you 1) notice and 2) a chance to explain yourself.
Suspending your account until you explain yourself I can see, but terminating the account (and not even telling you, as far as I can tell from the posts) is just not right.
my two cents...

My feelings are mixed when it comes to Liquid Web...
I had a few accounts with them many moons ago...
At that time my site loaded faster than ever before.
However at one point my domain name was bringing up another website.....(That was fixed in less than 12 hours)
At another point, I went over the allotted 30 gigs (Which is alot for $24.95 / month) of transfer and my site was automatically suspended. I called that day to cancel my service , they immediately canceled my service and issued me a refund.
There were a few qwerks, but if I didnt require the bandwidth, I'd deffinatley go with them again.
Just my 2 cents.

an interesting thing about LQW...
did you notice how extra bandwidth cost more than their lite account?
I could get a lite account and get more bandwith, plus all its features, for less then buying additional bandwidth.
i thought that was hillarious.

That's a pretty big spread for bandwidth. Try narrowing down your requirements to an actual number and then posting in the advertising section. You'll get host responses. If you want customer responses to hosts, keep it here and hope some people help you out. :)
As for a cheap and (so I've heard) good host, try HostRocket.com. I've never used them, but I've heard mostly good things about them on this board.
Either way, good luck in your search!

You might also want to check out twilight-online.net. They're not currently accepting new customers but should be soon. They're cheap, reliable, and have great support. :)
