We've already helped 4 hosting companies board on to ticketsmith. And I should say Tech Supports are very happy.

It is an awsome software, especially since it shows the timing in how many hours Tech Support has responded to support queries. Makes monitoring really easy.

When will a user browser support be available? It will be nice to have it so that users can go to the site and fill in their support request and also check it online without using a mail client.

This is already available in Ubersmith.
It should be available in ticketsmith soon.
