Hi guys i just registered and i'd like to ask you a question.I've searched the forum and i haven't found a host ,free host, that fully supports cgi,ikonboard mostly,so i'd like you to help me a little...

If ikonboard uses mySQL, you probably won't find any.

No i don't think it uses mySQL.
Any ideas anyways to use any free board???

www.hypermart.net supports cgi and has ftp uploads but a popup appears on your site...

www.spaceports.com does too

Just remember, that a lot of free sites (in fact, pretty much all of them), be it you use their free hosting or their paid hosting, are not very secure as per user access. If you are at all concerned about people being able to grab your user's passwords or other information, or people altering, deleting or creating/uploading files/information into your account, then don't use one of those hosts (I.e., hypermart.net, and others). Just a warning. If you don't care much, by all means, free is good! :-)

Try http://www.f2s.com/ they are free (no banners too) and provide php, mySQL, and Perl

I want to run a board like hackgirls.org because they're clising i believe so i need a host that allows this kind of hosting...

A lot of web hosts offer CGI and PHP and MySQL (and others) access/capabilities. You should find a lot, depending on the content of the site and what it's coded in and how resource intensive it is, you may or may not have much luck and/or offers. However, to get some offers, feel free to post to the advertising/offers forum towards the bottom of the main page. You can ask about and explain what you're looking for and even tell how much your price range is and ask people to contact you in regards to hosting your site. That's usually the best way to find out what hosts you're interested in financially speaking.

the ikonboard disappearing posts bug is very common with free web hosts (even 2.1.9) so i don't recommend you hosting an ikonboard on a free web host

Why dont you try 9kd.net? they cost $15 per year (as good as free) !!
