This my situation. I've got about 4 domain names registered. They are all for purely egotistical purposes and get basically no activity so I want a very inexpensive way to host them all.

So, that's why I'm looking for static IP and apache/mod_rewrite. I don't want to pay the monthly fee that most places charge, just to put a couple more names in their DNS and point them to my subdirectories. I can use Granite Canyon or another cheap/free DNS service to take care of the DNS info, pointing the names to my static IP and then I just redirect them myself with mod_rewrite/.htaccess

I know this isn't the best way to do it, but it's seamless for the web-surfer, and I don't want to pay an extra $10/domain/month just to have them redirected for me(of course if there are any recommendations of places that won't charge me a monthly fee to redirect x-number of domain names into different directories for me, I'll take those too)

My only other needs would be at lest 50meg HD space, unlimited e-mail alias' (which shouldn't be tough) and CGI would be nice, but I don't need a bunch of POPs, or SQL or anything like that.

So I'm looking for a recommendation of a good service with little/no downtime that will cost me very little money to house my meager sites.
