Meaning, you could put up a logo and when a site visitor clicks on it, they would see the up-time statistics for your site? Just wondering because it would be a nice feature for a web host. David@Digisurge 07-20-2001, 06:15 PM You sould use a simple cgi script calling the "uptime" program. Do a search on yahoo for uptime.cgi you will find it. It is only about 4 lines long. edude 07-20-2001, 08:13 PM Hmm do not use these reports they are FAKE, well close to fake, they ping the server every 15mins, and only ping the server, say the server is down for 1 minute when they ping it, the report will show its been down for 16 minutes.. :( |
