Hello All, been lurking around WHT for way to long now without asking any questions. I have gotten much great information from all.

Our company and a hosting partner(reseller) of ours are looking to move onto a win2k dedicated server within a few months. I have been searching win2k plans for months now. Our plan is to become a host for resellers and their clients, and to be completely invisible and hopefully with a good control panel if when I get it finished.

Anyway, is there anyone out there that has a ECUI Reseller Dedicated box, especially the Turnkey system?

If so, did you get everything they said you would and were there are any hidden charges?

Also, for anyone, they offer 100GB of transfer on this plan. I know that they charge both in and out. Given the vast amount of knowledge on this forum, how many average accounts can this support under normal usage?

Thanks,

ADW

I don't think windows2000 can handle 200 gigs a month, Not only that, you would need over 1 gig of ram or more to do this because the base windows OS takes up 256 ram already!.

Better off with unix to host clients.

ADW,

Have you ever had a Windows Server?

We have plenty of Celeron, 128 MB of RAM, Windows 2000 Servers that deliver more than 200 GB per month without breaking a sweat!

The base OS does not take up 256 MB of RAM.
