I have Squid (rpm) installed on my RH 7.2 box. I can use the proxy server without problem. But when I access some site which check my IP, it shows the hostname IP address insead of the proxy IP address.

e.g.

hostanme IP = 1.2.3.4
proxy IP=2.3.4.5
--> go to a site which check your IP --> show hostanme IP

I am looking for someone to configure Squid, so that it will only show the proxy IP address only (not hostname IP address).

My proxy IP is a virtual alias of hostanme IP, I don't know whether it's a problem.
