I am looking for a host who can accept a trial period of 60 days (site monitoring) for a simple package (10 M, 5 POP, FTP, CPanel) and under 5 dollars/month if payment made for 1 year in advance.

If they want to conquer customers it should be the best method. You receive samples of everything, why shouldn't you receive sample web hosting (if you test an account of 20 M/5POP3 etc at 5 dollars/month you should receive a sample of 1M/1POP/FTP account to see how it is working).
