I've been reading this board since April and have not yet been prompted to post anything as of yet. Thank you very much for your patience and answering all of my questions. I have been seriously thinking about colocation and maybe even a dedicated server for months now, since it makes more sense for me as a reseller with 72 websites. Most of my business is with corporate and medium size business with web design, so my customers demand premium service and therefore so do I. Sorry for calling at 2 am but you posted that you are 24/7 and to call anytime. (Besides I work 4-12am) I seen the dedicated deal you posted so I was prompted to call and was very happy I did so.

I've called just about every provider in this forum trying to get more info and all even the ones that preach "my service cost more becase we give you superior service" Every single one of them tried to shoo me off once I started asking too many questions. We spent over an hour and a half on the phone, and Ray never tried to shoo me off and was very responsive to all of my questions and really cleared up alot of confusion. Computechz is more than just a hosting or colo company they offer many ways for a business to expand like that application service provider plan, that alone will double my income. In the end I figured the dedicated deal special that you posted last night and it works out great for me and it will start putting more money in my pocket immediately. But most of all after all of your analogies and explanations I could tell that I will be in good hands.

Although it's nice to see customers happy with a hosting company... this one just struck me wrong. Maybe he's just very excited. But it just seems almost a little too much considering he hasn't even gotten a server with them, yet.

Jeff: You'll serve as a reference to them? How can you attest to the quality of their service/connection if you don't even have a server yet?

I am excited, Not wierd. After many attempts to try to get information from other hosts on this forum I finally reached someone, (at 2am EST) who had enough patience and knowledge to answer my questions and fit me into a package that is affordable.
Their NOC is NAC in NJ and I know from many months on this forum that it is very reliable and fast. I seems that most (not all) of the providers that post ads here are either too big, and don't really care about doing business with a "little guy" like me or their sales reps have the personality of a rock. Or worst yet you can't even talk to someone on the phone because they don't do "telephone" Sorry but I need to know that I'm dealing with a real person and like to discus my busines on the phone, not through ICQ or AIM.

Now while I may have come off overly excited, I promised Ray I would post something nice. And I'll be just as quick to post something ugly if this "good service " doesn't continue.

As far as me serving as a reference for them, maybe it is too early to serve as a reference for their service, but I can say that they have patience enough to talk to you and answer questions.

I am a newbie and I was very excited too when I started using Duploweb, but my freshness has worn off after only 2 months... You don't seem a newbie to me, so either you are an overly enthusiastic person (or something similar...) or you and Ray really should think about moving in together.
