How would you compare Clookhost.com with interservers at http://www.interservers.com. Are these companies reliable?

Which is better?

Looking for a company with automated billing, help desk and site builder all included... Are there any companies that offer this for an affordable price?

I believe clookhost are pretty good. Unsure about interservers.

I am looking for a reseller account myself and have both emailed and left a forum post at Clook.

Response time from Clook has been fantastic. Consider: I am in Los Angeles, CA and Jim is in UK. My presale question was posted to his forum at 4:37 AM his time. Response was posted 4:58 AM his time.

For me, Clook would be a slam dunk if I could get SSH and a server west of New Jersey.

absolutely agree with Alf on that.

I was on a search mission for a reseller account - spent many hours on WHT searching for 'the' host that can provide support, good price, all hosting features +++, good network/ datacenter and most of all open & direct in providing information to customer. I was tossing my options around 2-3 hosts and keep seeing myself coming back to Clookhost all the time as point of reference for service /feature/price and support comparison . Well - after 2 weeks of searching - I finally signed up last week with Clookhost and have never been happier . JIM rocks ! his support and response way surpass my expectation !
