The PHP support desk looks really good. I think I may get it. I was thinking about getting wonder desk but php support looks better but it lacks some of wonder desks features.

Anyone have ideas for a help desk software / suite that includes :

- support ticket system through web based and email (ie system cross references email address and puts it into their part of the support desk).

- knowledgebase


I've already got forums, tutorials and live chat for support. Just need the support requests more organised.

aaent, where did you get the $250 quote? I spoke with a sales rep about couple of weeks ago and he quoted me about $450. What software are you referring to? Thanks for the info.
