sometimes, i can not access my domain but others can access it. Why? I tried to clean all cookies and off-line files, it is still the same, when I restart computer it is still the same. but after a few minute, don't know what reason, i suddenly can access the domain.

Why?

what is cache? why i can not access the domain, but others can!!!

**********,

Cache is temporary memory that your browser uses to store static content and images for faster delivery next time you visit a webpage. You viewing the domain should have nothing to do with cache. If there really was a problem with your cache, it is possible that you would be seeing an old version of the domain, but not a down one.

It could possibly be your ISP having problems with their DNS, or just your computer. It could possibly be your server as well. Are you sure apache is running all the time?

Our server is AMD, is that a ip DNS server cache problem?

It sounds like your ISP's problem.

It does sound like a problem with the DNS, how long ago was the domain name registered?

i registered a month ago for my domain, and also some of my clients got the same problems, sometimes they can not access their sites, but I can.

How do you explain it when i can access a site but he can not, if he can access it but i can not. It happens at the same time.

It just happens on the person who access ftp and cpanel6.

other answers are:
1. cpanel6 bug (when you log in to you cpanel, you could get a ip cache or sth.)
2. AMD partician problem, AMD cache

strange.

1. cpanel6 bug (when you log in to you cpanel, you could get a ip cache or sth.)
Highly unlikely, never happened to me or my clients before.

2. AMD partician problem, AMD cache
Nope, processor doesn't have anything to do with your computer's cache. Sounds like a DNS or ISP issue.

one more thing, I can not access my domain, but when I tried my dedicated IP, the IP was pointing to my site, it is working fine. normally, i got this problem once per day. about 5 minutes per day.
